Hotel options for 2024
We have reserved a number of bedroom packages at two local hotels, close to the event, which can be booked along with your Symposium and MOVA Users Group tickets. Booking your accommodation this way generates a single invoice which can can be paid for on a single Purchase Order. JCT have negotiated fixed rates for these rooms. The number of rooms we have secured is limited so if you would like to take advantage of this option, please book as early as possible.
Ibis Nottingham Centre

Bedrooms feature flat-screen Freeview TV’s, a work desk, private bathrooms with power showers.
The hotel is located in the heart of the historic Lace Market district of Nottingham, with Nottingham railway station within five minutes’ walk and East Midlands Airport is 21km from the hotel.
The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the venue but if you prefer you can jump directly onto the Lace Market tram, located directly outside the hotel, and alight just two short stops later at the Royal Centre tram stop near the venue.
Parking
Discounted overnight car parking is available at the Lace Market Car Park directly opposite the hotel. Validate your car parking ticket at the hotel reception before departure to apply the discount when paying at the car park payment terminals.
