We have reserved a number of bedroom packages at two local hotels, close to the event, which can be booked along with your Symposium and MOVA Users Group tickets. Booking your accommodation this way generates a single invoice which can can be paid for on a single Purchase Order. JCT have negotiated fixed rates for these rooms. The number of rooms we have secured is limited so if you would like to take advantage of this option, please book as early as possible.

All accommodation is offered on a standard, double room basis for single occupancy with breakfast included. Twin rooms and standard, double rooms for double occupancy may be available upon request – please contact us for availability and costs.
