Accommodation options for 2026
A limited number of on-site bedroom packages are available at the University of Lincoln and can be booked alongside your Symposium and MOVA Users Group tickets. Booking accommodation in this way allows all costs to be combined into a single invoice, payable via one Purchase Order.
As availability is limited, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

The University’s modern, comfortable bedrooms feature a cosy small double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and generous storage space, and are accommodated in apartments of 12 bedrooms with a shared kitchen and living area. The communal space includes a television with a large sofa, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board.
All bookings are offered on a bed and breakfast basis. A light continental breakfast is self-served daily in the communal breakfast room between 07:30 and 10:30.
Parking – Chargeable car parking is available onsite.
