The 2026 Symposium will be hosted at a new venue — the University of Lincoln. This excellent conference setting provides all the facilities needed for presentations, while networking and social events will be held close by.

Overlooking the picturesque marina, the University is located in the city centre and within easy reach of the train station.  The University offers superb transport connections by road and public transport.  Located opposite St. Marks which has over 700 parking spaces, including 25 disabled bays and 6 EV charging points.

One of the world’s great historic cities, Lincoln is celebrated for its unique blend of medieval heritage and contemporary city life.  While compact in size, it is known for its friendly, welcoming community.  Towering above the city, Lincoln Cathedral stands as one of Europe’s finest medieval buildings and was once the tallest structure in the world. Lincoln Castle holds one of only four surviving originals of the 1215 Magna Carta and is the only place where it can be viewed together with the Charter of the Forest.
