The annual JCT Traffic Signals Symposium and Exhibition has been running continually since 1996. It is a specialist conference attracting delegates from Local Authorities, Government Departments, Academia and Industry. Delegates pay to attend and are often also contributors to the learned programme so they are the main decision makers. Symposium attendance in total is usually between 250 and 300. The learned programme is conducted over two days and at Nottingham Trent University (our current hosts) the lecture theatre opens onto the exhibition space. All refreshments and lunches take place in the exhibition itself maximising opportunities for delegate contact. The majority of delegates and exhibitors will stay overnight in one of several pre booked hotels and many exhibitors sponsor the social aspects such as a Barbeque, a Gala Dinner and Complementary Bars so networking opportunities run late into the evening. We have limited space for exhibitors and can cater for around 30 to 35 stands. Exhibitor loyalty is important to us and we always give first refusal on stand space to the previous years exhibitors but opportunities do exist every year to join the exhibition. We keep entry rates for exhibiting low to encourage new and emerging companies to join us.
Exhibition Rates
We offer very competitive entry rates for exhibiting with our smallest space 6sqm (3m x 2m) starting from £2100. Larger spaces can be purchased and are individually priced. Exhibition spaces come with a number of free places for your staff but you need to factor in the cost of sending additional people to work your space. Unlike other events we fully cater the event and pay a day delegate rate for everyone who attends so any staff over your allocation will attract a standard attendance charge.
